CENTER OF MY UNDERWORLD - WEEKLY UPDATE #21 - Hooray For October!

Hey everyone, James here!

I apologize for the lack of updates as of late.

My personal life and work on this game/vn has had me swamped.

Constant re-writes, spell checks and grammer. I'm talking massive amounts of work on this project.

And that's not even including the hard work being done by Kata and Iminkblot.

Without those two I'd be so very far behind right now. We're a small team, so we have to tackle things at a steady pace.

I have also been adjusting character models, and making sure they are in their correct places on screen. You know, X Y position stuff. SO FUN AND DEFINITELY NOT TEDIOUS AND BORING... 

Also on other note, I just LOVE writing ten pages worth of material only to then have to send it to my Scene Graveyard because it doesn't quite fit with the games story...

Yup, definitely don't mind getting rid of scenes I loved writing... (Cough) I DO MIND! (Cough) (cough)

No work done of Mandy's or Ms. Butterbean's routes last month. I was kept extremely busy with Mindy's. So I just want to issue an apology to Team Mandy and Team Butterbean. :(

The work on her (Mindy's) route has left me exhausted, but also very excited.

I really want to tell you about it, but unfortunately it would spoil a huge chunk of her story line.

(Sigh) I guess you'll have to settle for just small bits of news and sporadic updates for the time being...

Hey, don't give me that look! I never said this blog was meant to be perfect!

Anyway, I've been on the hunt for a new CG artist. If any of you know of a great one please by all means, send me an email.

That's really all for this week though.

Lots to report on, but no real way for me to convey it to you without massively spoiling the games story.

I hope all three of you that read this blog will be patient with me for just a little bit longer.

I promise someday soon I'll get around to showing off some really cool stuff from this VN.
